About the job

Contribute to a caring environment as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in a rehabilitation facility in Mobile, AL. Support the Director of Nursing in leading nursing operations and ensuring quality care for residents.

Role Overview

The ADON assists with management of the nursing department, compliance with regulations, continuous quality improvement, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help manage daily nursing operations and oversee employees
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and support infection control
  • Maintain communication with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications
  • Active RN license (AL), experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred
