About the job
Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral health interventions to individuals on the autism spectrum, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support positive behavioral change and skill development in home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment plans as designed by supervising clinicians
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors
- Collect and record client progress data consistently
- Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain a professional attitude and meet all workplace requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma required; BA/BS in psychology or related field preferred
- ABA experience or RBT certification preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in active play and intervention
- Flexible availability, including some Saturdays
