Lead the Dietary Department as a Certified Dietary Manager, ensuring high-quality meal service and compliance with all regulations. Oversee daily operations, staff, and nutrition plans designed to support residents’ health and recovery in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise dietary department operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance for meals and food safety
- Assist with menu planning and staff scheduling
- Supervise and mentor dietary staff
- Monitor food quality and portion control
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- ServSafe Certification required
- 5+ years of food service experience
- Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organization skills
