Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Report changes in health and behavior to nursing staff.
  • Provide mobility assistance including transferring and repositioning.
  • Maintain clean, safe resident environments.
  • Document care provided and observations promptly.
  • Offer emotional support and foster positivity among residents.
  • Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (AL).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and team skills.
  • Compassion and dedication to quality care.
  • CPR certification a plus.
