Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation offers resident-centered long-term care and rehabilitation nursing services in a supportive, home-like facility.
Main Duties
- Help residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes to staff.
- Assist with transfers and repositioning for mobility support.
- Maintain organized living spaces and follow all infection control regulations.
- Keep accurate records of care provided.
- Foster a positive and compassionate environment.
Qualifications
- CNA certification valid in Alabama.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Teamwork, communication, and compassion required.
- CPR certification is a plus.
