Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Monitor and document residents' health, reporting changes
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Support resident recovery through collaboration with the rehabilitation team
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation
  • Educate and comfort residents and families
  • Ensure safe and clean environment following infection control protocols
Qualifications
  • Valid LPN license
  • Proficient in medication administration and wound care
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Compassionate, resident-focused care
  • BLS/CPR certification required
