Brief Overview
- Hourly Pay Range: $24.00–$31.45 (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Monitor and document resident status and vital signs
- Assist residents with daily living (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Support rehabilitation and therapy plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Educate and provide emotional support to residents and families
Qualifications
- Current valid LPN license
- Strong skills in medication administration and wound care
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Compassionate care approach
- BLS/CPR certification required
