About the job
Perform dedicated nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse on the day shift at a resident-centered long-term care facility. Help empower patient recovery while collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and therapy staff in a home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions
- Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support rehabilitation goals with therapists
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Educate and provide emotional support
- Ensure safe, clean setting with infection control
Qualifications
- Current LPN license
- Clinical aptitude in medication and wound care
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Compassionate care philosophy
- BLS/CPR certified
