Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident health and report to RNs/MDs
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, feeding
- Collaborate with therapy teams to support recovery
- Maintain documentation per regulations
- Offer education and support to residents and families
- Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license
- Clinical skills (medication, wound care)
- Communication and interpersonal strengths
