As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care facility, you’ll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals to support residents through their recovery and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Monitor and document residents’ health status
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing and feeding
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team for care plans
  • Maintain timely documentation per regulations
  • Provide emotional support and patient/family education
  • Uphold infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
  • Current, valid LPN license
  • Proficient clinical skills including medication administration
  • Compassionate and team-oriented
  • BLS/CPR certification
