Join a leading long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Prattville as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Contribute to resident well-being through direct care, teamwork, and support of rehabilitation efforts in a rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer physician-prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document residents’ health.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Work with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license.
- Clinical skills in medication administration and wound care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
