Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide essential patient care at our Hoover facility, carrying out medical tasks and supporting patient well-being. This role combines hands-on care, patient observation, and teamwork to ensure resident health and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient vital signs
- Conduct basic care tasks (bandaging, catheterization)
- Administer medication and immunizations
- Support and mentor CNAs
- Communicate changes in patient health to supervisors
Qualifications
- Current LPN license, Alabama
- Nursing skills and experience with medical documentation
- Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
