About the job
Contribute to high-quality resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within a caring long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Deliver compassionate nursing care, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help residents thrive in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Monitor and document health status and vital signs.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and feeding.
- Collaborate with rehab teams to support therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with regulations.
- Educate and support residents and their families.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license required.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Experience in medication administration and wound care.
- Team-oriented and compassionate approach.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
