At Legacy Health and Rehabilitation, Nursing Assistants (NA) are key contributors to resident comfort, assisting the clinical team and receiving paid training to advance into CNA roles. Develop meaningful relationships and gain valuable experience in long-term care while starting a rewarding healthcare career.
Key Responsibilities
- Support resident comfort and assist with daily activities under RN, LPN, and CNA supervision.
- Learn on-the-job and prepare for the CNA exam with hands-on mentorship.
- Provide basic care, observe residents, and maintain a caring atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Compassionate, motivated, with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to obtain CNA certification (training provided).
- Must be 18 years or older and able to read, write, and speak English.
