Join a high-acuity women's hospital in Gilbert, Arizona as an OB/GYN Hospitalist, providing exclusively inpatient care with no additional on-call or outpatient responsibilities. The position offers opportunities for career growth, leadership, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient labor and deliveries, including high-risk cases
• Perform OB/GYN surgeries such as cesarean sections and emergency procedures
• Respond to inpatient and emergency OB/GYN consults
• Collaborate closely with maternal-fetal medicine, anesthesia, neonatology, and nursing
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of OB/GYN residency (U.S. based)
• Board certified or eligible, Arizona license or eligibility required
• Prior inpatient/hospitalist or high-acuity obstetrics experience preferred
• Strong surgical and emergency management skills
