Join a high-acuity women's hospital in Gilbert, Arizona as an OB/GYN Hospitalist, providing exclusively inpatient care with no additional on-call or outpatient responsibilities. The position offers opportunities for career growth, leadership, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient labor and deliveries, including high-risk cases
- Perform OB/GYN surgeries such as cesarean sections and emergency procedures
- Respond to inpatient and emergency OB/GYN consults
- Collaborate closely with maternal-fetal medicine, anesthesia, neonatology, and nursing
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of OB/GYN residency (U.S. based)
- Board certified or eligible, Arizona license or eligibility required
- Prior inpatient/hospitalist or high-acuity obstetrics experience preferred
- Strong surgical and emergency management skills
