This position as a Registered Respiratory Therapist involves providing assessment, planning, administration, and evaluation of diverse respiratory care modalities for patients of all ages. The therapist acts as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality care across emergency, critical, and general settings in a healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and administer respiratory care to various patient populations
• Document patient information and orders clearly
• Act as a patient advocate and uphold patient rights
• Recognize and address patients’ individual needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

• NJ Respiratory License (RRT or CRT)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Familiarity with electronic medical records
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work extended periods standing or walking
• Must be able to work in a part-time capacity
