Take the lead as an RN Shift Supervisor in a long-term care facility, ensuring the smooth operation of the Nursing Services Department during assigned shifts. This role involves overseeing quality care, compliance, and staff management to maintain high standards of resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, implement, and direct nursing programs during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate nursing services with other departments and resident services.
• Implement corrective actions as needed.
• Complete medical forms, charts, and reports accurately.
• Supervise resident care and lead compliance rounds.
• Oversee admissions and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and mentor Nursing Assistants, LPNs, and Med Techs.
• Counsel, evaluate, and support team members.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing as per Federal and State requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of nurse management or supervision experience.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and medical practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and assessment skills.
• Proficient with electronic documentation.
