Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and perform assessments
  • Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to implement care plans
  • Educate residents and families on health conditions
  • Keep accurate electronic medical records
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Qualifications
  • Active RN license (state-appropriate)
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Preferred: Experience in geriatric, long-term, or rehabilitation care
  • Familiarity with clinical protocols and state/federal regulations
  • BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus
