Role Overview

Night shift nurses support residents with clinical expertise and compassion, handling emergencies, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring a safe environment when daytime staff are off duty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and monitor residents’ conditions overnight
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Lead and support CNAs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies
  • Foster a calm and therapeutic atmosphere
Qualifications
  • Valid RN license
  • Night shift experience preferred
  • Clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
  • BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
