Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care to residents in long-term and rehabilitation settings
  • Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and progress
  • Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare staff
  • Educate and support residents and their families
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Mentor nursing assistants to uphold quality care
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented, compassionate approach
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • ACLS certification a plus
