Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its long-term care and rehabilitation team, providing patient-centered care and leadership within an interdisciplinary environment. RNs help residents achieve their highest health potential while supervising care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents.
  • Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals on individualized care plans.
  • Educate and support residents and families.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants.
  • Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications
  • Valid RN license.
  • Clinical skills in geriatric/rehab nursing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • BLS/CPR required; ACLS preferred.
