About the job

Provide compassionate care and support as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a respected long-term care and rehabilitation environment. Play an essential role in coordinating and delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting residents' independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care
  • Monitor and document residents’ conditions
  • Administer medications and therapies per physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate residents and families
  • Ensure regulatory-compliant record-keeping
  • Supervise CNAs and other direct care staff
Qualifications
  • Active RN license required (new graduates welcome)
  • Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred
  • Solid clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • BLS/CPR certification required
