Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orientation programs for new staff and ongoing competency assessments
• Coordinate with leadership to assess and design staff competencies
• Develop evaluation methodologies for staff training
• Plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing education initiatives
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations regarding staffing and documentation
• Participate in quality assurance and daily team meetings

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum three years of nursing experience
• Prior staff development or geriatric care experience preferred
• Strong organizational, clerical, and planning skills
• Ability to lead and manage within a team environment
