About the job
This role involves providing and directing social services in a long-term care setting. As a licensed Social Worker, you will develop and supervise programs to address residents' needs and support their well-being within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, evaluate, and supervise social services programs
- Implement interventions to achieve resident treatment goals
- Coordinate with administration and other departments
- Complete necessary documentation and forms

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
- State certification/licensure as required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and positive attitude toward elderly and disabled
