Youth Counselors at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue provide meaningful and impactful programming to local youth through education, recreation, leadership activities, and mentorship. This position focuses on fostering a safe, positive environment and building relationships with members and families, supporting their academic and social growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement youth development programs
• Monitor and support youth in club activities
• Build positive relationships with youth and families
• Model constructive behaviors
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth and in team environments
• High school diploma required; minimum age 18
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Mandarin a plus
